TEC and the Parks value the trust their customers place in them. Accordingly, TEC and the Parks adhere to the highest ethical standards in gathering, using and safeguarding customer information that is entrusted to the company.

Collection of Information

We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill you specific request. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to one of our mailing lists. TEC and the Parks do not rent, sell or exchange information about its customers. Access to information about TEC’s and the Park’s customers is restricted to TEC and the Parks. Third parties that need access to TEC and the Parks’ customer information in order to provide operational or other support services to TEC and the Parks must agree to safeguard customer information in strict compliance with TEC policy.

TEC and the Park’s Web sites collect personally identifiable information (such as name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address) from Web site visitors only when visitors voluntarily provide such information to TEC or the Parks. TEC and the Parks’ Web site visitors who do not want their personally identifiable information collected online are asked not to submit such information to TEC or the Parks.

TEC and the Parks Web site visitors are informed that when they provide TEC and the Parks with personally identifiable information online, that information is kept within TEC and the Parks. Where appropriate, TEC and the Parks will specifically instruct children not to submit such information on TEC or any of the Park’s Web sites.

If a child has provided TEC or the Park with an e-mail address, TEC asks that a parent or guardian of the child contact TEC at, if they would like the e-mail address deleted from TEC or the Park’s e-mail mailing lists.
